An intro course in environmental studies sparked my interest to learn more about the world in which we live, specifically how we as humans affect it. I learned that the earth has an incredible ability to heal itself, but current human practices are causing damage at a rate that is outpacing that ability. That realization led me to make small but intentional changes in my own life like reusing containers, jars, and bags instead of tossing them out, and finding ways to give things a second life before reaching for something new. Joining Just Zero felt like taking that instinct to another level, one that is more meaningful and impactful.

At Just Zero, I support the team’s internal operations by keeping systems organized, streamlining processes, and making sure the behind-the-scenes work runs smoothly so the people doing the mission-driven work can focus on what matters most.
